Health and Safety Policy Statment

HEALTH
The overall company objective of Burridge is to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees, contractors, clients, visitors, the public and others who may be affected by our works.
In doing so Burridge shall ensure that:
- Tools and equipment are provided and maintained to ensure they are safe and without health risks.

Provision is made for the safe use, handling and storage of articles and substances.

The workplace is maintained to ensure that it is safe and without health risks, including the means of access and egress.

Adequate facilities and arrangements are provided for employees’ welfare.
To ensure continual improvement, Burridge will undertake the following actions:

Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the objectives of the management system, as well current applicable legislation.

Communicate the management systems so it is understood and implemented by all employees.

Ensure all employees are aware of their individual occupational health and safety obligations and seek the support and co-operation of employees with respect to occupational health and safety.

Provide suitable opportunities for employer / employee consultation.

Maintain company systems for the ongoing identification of hazards, the assessment of risks, and the implementation of necessary control measures.

Make this occupational health and safety policy available to interested parties.
