Company achieves ISO 9001:2008 accreditation

Burridge is pleased to announce that on January 11th 2010 the company achieved full accreditation to the internationally recognised Quality Management System Standard, ISO 9001 : 2008.
This Standard ensures an organisation has a framework and set of principals to control its processes in order to achieve objectives and targets including customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and continual improvement.
To achieve this accredited QMS the company had to review and develop existing systems and procedures to ensure they all met the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008. This was carried out with the assistance and support of consultants SEQM LTD.
Burridge has always operated to sound principals and values with customer satisfaction at the forefront. This achievement will ensure the company continues to improve and provide all our valued clients a high level of service.
